Have used this company regularly, and have always found them to be excellent. Service can't be beaten, prices are fine, deliver fast and plenty of stock always available. Highly recommended.

I have used WoolWarehouse for a couple of years. As a knitter of over 40 years I absolutely love dealing with this company. The service is prompt and efficient and communication is excellent. The choice of yarns and other craft materials is great. The selection of yarns is extensive and the ability to check stock and being notified when stock is replenished is invaluable and to date I have not had to wait for a lengthy time before being able to order. All these things are important and could not recommend this company highly enough. Although I love to look in wool shops, just in case there is something I don’t have(before lockdowns etc)..I found myself checking on this website and ordering from them. Prices are reasonable and competitive and love the organza bag. Goods packed carefully and securely and despite lockdowns I still feel it was an excellent service. The service is second to none in my view given my experience to date.

Have recently placed 3 orders of wool for a lockdown crochet project. Have been amazed every time by the speed of delivery. They must be working 24/7. Big thanks to them for the great selection and great service.

I'm new to crochet so looked at lots of companies, Wool Warehouse came highly recommended though. The prices were good, the delivery was relatively quick (and I was warned there was a delay due to covid - no problem) and my yarn arrived packed in a lovely bag. Thank you! I will return.

First order from WoolWarehouse and I will certainly use them again. Wool comes in lovely organza bag. Returned the needles I had bought in error and the refund was the fastest ever.

I am a new customer to Wool Warehouse and am generally dubious about ordering from the internet but I have to say I am very pleased with both the service I have received and the quality of yarn provided. This may be how I get all my wool going forward. Thanks Wool Warehouse.

Purchased wool on the 14th January - this is the only time in my entire life that a company has failed to send me a confirmation email. Just extraordinary. I never close a purchase window until I get that email, so after 24 hours I took a screenshot. Unbelievably, the email never came and no one has contacted me since. They are now refusing to take incoming phone calls - I can well imagine why! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I ordered three balls of wool and one proved to be faulty. My email was answered promptly and after sending a few photos a replacement is being sent Impressed that that business is still a family run one. Jenny in Customer Services was excellent. Please do not mark this company down because of faulty wool that is not their fault. Can recommend without reservation.
